Silverleaf Subdivision HOA

The Client: This client is my personal community's HOA. I became the Secretary on the Board of Directors in March 2025, and offered my services since they didn't have a website. 

What Happened: This HOA had only a Group Facebook page and no website. 

Tech Side: I built the new site using the Beaver Builder theme and page builder. I created a page to hold all the HOA documents such as the By-Laws, Covenants, Minutes, ARC forms. I created 3 forms; a generic for the Contact page, one to report an issue, and one to collect details for volunteering. There are two pages dedicated to new owners, FAQs, Events and a page instructing How to Pay Dues.

This client keeps a KMS Care Plan in place, which allows them peace of mind in not worrying about backups, updates, provides monthly minutes towards making changes, and much more.
