Diamond Mobile Notary (Mobile Notary)

Below is the previous version

The Client: I met Maria Cobern years ago in person at Notary Symposium (an annual conference I help organize). Maria is a notary in San Jose, CA - and has grown her business, even through the Covid era, and by getting more diversified by adding new services like Live Scan fingerprinting.
What Happened: Two things. The first was that Maria was ready for a redesign due to expanding the business, and adding several notaries that she schedules out when she is already booked. Plus, her website was built years ago using a Genesis theme that would not let me update PHP. (PHP is the computer language WordPress is written, and old versions are unstable, and subject to performance and security issues).
Tech Side: I built the new site using the Beaver Builder theme. Maria had built up dozens of 5-star reviews on Google and we wanted to highlight her exemplary notary service on the new site. I added capability to feed the most current 10 reviews right onto her home page. Also, working in the South Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area provides a customer base where many languages are used. I added a translate button, that when toggled to a new language instantaneously gives those speakers full understanding and access to her website.
This client keeps a KMS Care Plan in place, which allows her peace of mind not worrying about backups, updates, monthly minutes towards making changes, and much more.
